BAN THE COVID -19 INJECTION/BIOWEAPON RESOLUTION 001

 

Whereas all elected officials must uphold their “Oath of Office” to protect the American People from all

enemies foreign and domestic.

Whereas on 12/13/2022 A Statewide Florida Grand Jury was filed by Governor Ron DeSantis to investigate Covid Vaccine Florida Crimes.

Whereas the NIH Covid-19 bioweapon patent “Vaccine Nanotechnology” on Jan 10th, 2017, defined under Section 9 as; in some embodiments the small molecule is a toxin of biowarfare.

​

Whereas Florida State Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo, MD, PhD reports there was a 1,700% increase in Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) reports after the release of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Whereas counties in Florida such as St. Johns, pharmacies have accessible bio-weapon injections for children ages 4 months and up. Included Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent (Original and O micron BA.4/BA.5) Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent for use in individuals 6 years of age and older, and FDA-licensed vaccine, SPIKEVAX (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA)

Whereas Pfizer patent allows remote electronic contact ID tracing of the vaccinated. Connecting the graphene oxide to 2.4ghz ,5G cell towers, satellites and cell phones.

Whereas there are seven separate bioweapon spike protein patents with licenses used in the injections. All spike proteins contain different toxins which are separate from the mRNA spike protein.

Whereas National Life Insurance data shows a Group Life 40% excess in mortality rate for 25-64 age group for 2021. General population 31.7% excess in mortality. Variable-Vaccine Mandate 2021.

Whereas 17,000 Physicians and Scientists of The Global Summit Team declare, and the data confirms Covid -19 Experimental Genetic Therapy injections must immediately cease.

Whereas The United States Senate voted March 30th, 2023, by Resolution to end the Covid-19 PHE (Public Health Emergency) treatments and vaccinations.

Resolved The Republican Liberty Caucus of St. Johns County supports the immediate cease of Covid-19 Bioweapon Injections in St. Johns County, the State of Florida, and the United States of America.

Resolved that We the People call for the Florida State Legislature to create an emergency house bill “Ban the COVID-19 Vaccine/Bioweapon” by adding a NEW SECTION to Florida Statutes Title XLVI Chapter 897 and to read as follows; FLs897 Administering an mRNA or any Toxic Vaccine for any purposes. - A Person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger acid technology or toxic spike proteins for any use of an individual human or any other mammal in the State of Florida. A Person who violates this section is guilty of crimes against humanity.
